CSPro is operated by Creative Spark Productions LLC d/b/a CSPro (“CSPro,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, protect, and delete information when you access or use CSPro, including our website, web application, customer relationship management platform, integrations, support services, and related features collectively referred to as the “Services.”
This Privacy Policy also explains how CSPro accesses and uses information received from Google APIs when you choose to connect your Google Account to CSPro.
By using CSPro, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1. Who This Policy Applies To
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- Account users and administrators who create, manage, or access a CSPro account.
- Customer contacts, leads, clients, and prospects whose information may be entered, imported, synced, or processed in CSPro by our customers.
- Website visitors who visit our public website or interact with our online forms.
- People who contact us for support, sales, billing, demos, or general inquiries.
If CSPro is used by an organization, that organization may be the controller or owner of certain information stored in CSPro, and we may process that information on its behalf.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in several ways: directly from users, automatically through the Services, from customer-provided records, and from third-party integrations that users choose to connect.
2.1 Account and Profile Information
We may collect information you provide when you create or manage an account, including:
- Name
- Business name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Job title or role
- Login credentials or authentication identifiers
- User preferences
- Organization, team, or workspace information
- Administrative settings and permissions
2.2 CRM Data Entered or Uploaded by Users
CSPro is designed to help users manage customer relationships, sales activity, communications, contacts, workflows, and related business operations. Users may enter, upload, import, or sync records, including:
- Contact names
- Email addresses
- Phone numbers
- Company names
- Mailing addresses
- Lead and customer status
- Notes
- Tasks
- Deals, opportunities, and pipeline information
- Communication history
- Appointment or meeting information
- Tags, custom fields, and internal classifications
- Files, attachments, and documents uploaded by users
- Other information that a customer or user chooses to store in CSPro
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload, store, and process data in CSPro.
2.3 Google Account and Google API Data
If you choose to connect your Google Account to CSPro, we may request access to certain Google user data depending on the features you enable and the permissions you grant through Google’s OAuth consent process.
CSPro may access or process the following categories of Google user data, depending on the Google scopes approved by you and configured for CSPro:
- Google Account profile information, such as name, email address, and profile identifier
- Gmail data, such as email metadata, email content, sender and recipient information, subject lines, timestamps, attachments, labels, or message IDs, if Gmail features are enabled
- Google Calendar data, such as calendar events, attendees, event times, event descriptions, meeting links, and reminders, if calendar-sync features are enabled
- Google Contacts data, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, organizations, and contact details, if contact-sync features are enabled
- Google Drive data, such as selected files, file names, file metadata, file content, or file links, if document or file-sync features are enabled
- Google authentication tokens or refresh tokens necessary to maintain the connection between CSPro and your Google Account
CSPro only accesses Google user data after you authorize access through Google’s OAuth consent screen. You may disconnect your Google Account from CSPro at any time through your CSPro account settings or through your Google Account permissions page.
CSPro does not request access to Google user data unless it is needed to provide or improve a user-facing feature of the Services.
2.4 Usage, Device, and Log Data
When you use the Services, we may automatically collect technical and usage information, including:
- IP address
- Browser type
- Device type
- Operating system
- Pages or features accessed
- Dates and times of access
- Referring pages
- Session activity
- Error logs
- Security logs
- Feature usage data
- Approximate location derived from IP address
- Cookies and similar technologies
We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, improve, and analyze the Services.
2.5 Billing and Payment Information
If you purchase a paid subscription or service, we or our payment processors may collect billing-related information, including:

- Subscription plan

We do not store full payment card numbers unless expressly stated and handled through a compliant payment processor.

3.2 Google User Data Usage
CSPro uses Google user data only to provide or improve features that are visible and available to the user within CSPro.
Depending on the features you enable, we may use Google user data to:
- Allow you to sign in or authenticate using your Google Account
- Display your Google Account identity within CSPro
- Sync emails with CRM contacts, leads, accounts, or opportunities
- Log relevant email communications in CRM records
- Send or manage emails you initiate through CSPro, if enabled
- Sync calendar events, meetings, reminders, or appointments
- Create, update, or display calendar events related to CRM activity
- Import or sync contacts into CSPro
- Attach or associate selected Google Drive files with CRM records
- Maintain the authorized connection between CSPro and Google services
- Troubleshoot, secure, or improve the Google-connected functionality of CSPro
CSPro does not use Google user data for targeted advertising, retargeting, personalized advertising, interest-based advertising, selling data, data-broker services, credit-worthiness decisions, lending decisions, or unrelated analytics.
CSPro does not use Google user data to train general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
3.3 Security and Fraud Prevention
We may use information to:
- Monitor for suspicious or unauthorized activity
- Protect accounts and data
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
- Debug errors
- Enforce our agreements and policies
- Maintain audit logs
- Protect the rights, property, and safety of CSPro, our users, and others

Where we use aggregated or de-identified information, we do not use it to identify an individual.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use Disclosure
CSPro’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
This means:
- We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in CSPro.
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not transfer Google user data to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.
- We do not use Google user data for targeted advertising, retargeting, personalized advertising, or interest-based advertising.
- We do not use Google user data to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes.
- We do not use Google user data to train general-purpose AI or machine learning models.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless one of the following applies:
- You have given us affirmative permission for a specific support, troubleshooting, or service purpose;
- Access is necessary for security purposes, such as investigating abuse or a security incident;
- Access is necessary to comply with applicable law;
- The data has been aggregated or de-identified and is used for internal operations in accordance with applicable law.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information or Google user data.
We may share information only as described in this Privacy Policy.
5.1 Service Providers
We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate CSPro, such as:
- Cloud hosting providers
- Database and infrastructure providers
- Authentication providers
- Email delivery providers
- Customer support tools
- Payment processors
- Analytics providers

- Professional advisors, such as attorneys, accountants, and auditors
These service providers may access information only as needed to perform services for us and are required to protect the information they process.
5.2 Customer-Directed Sharing
CSPro may share or disclose information when a user or customer directs us to do so, including when users:

- Connect third-party integrations
- Export CRM data
- Send emails or calendar invitations
- Share records or files
- Configure automations or workflows
5.3 Within Your Organization
If your account is associated with an organization or workspace, information may be visible to administrators, account owners, or other authorized users according to the permissions configured within CSPro.
5.4 Legal Compliance and Protection
We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with applicable law, subpoena, legal process, or governmental request
- Enforce our terms, agreements, or policies
- Protect the security or integrity of the Services
- Prevent fraud, abuse, or harm
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of CSPro, our users, or others
5.5 Business Transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable law.
For Google user data subject to Limited Use requirements, we will obtain explicit prior consent where required before transferring such data as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to:
- Keep users signed in
- Remember preferences
- Secure user sessions
- Understand website and product usage
- Improve performance
- Measure marketing effectiveness
- Detect abuse or unauthorized activity
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features of the Services.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security.
7.1 Account and CRM Data
We retain account and CRM data while your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. Customers and authorized users may delete certain records within CSPro.
7.2 Google User Data
We retain Google user data only for as long as necessary to provide the Google-connected features you have authorized, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
If you disconnect your Google Account from CSPro, we will stop collecting new Google user data from that account unless you reconnect it. Previously synced information may remain in CSPro if it is part of CRM records, logs, customer records, communications history, backups, or records we are legally or contractually required to maintain.
You may request deletion of Google user data as described in the “Your Choices and Rights” section below.
7.3 Backups
Deleted information may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period before being overwritten or securely deleted according to our backup retention procedures. Backup copies are not used for active business purposes except disaster recovery, security, or legal compliance.
7.4 Legal and Security Retention
We may retain certain information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, maintain security, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

You may request deletion of your personal information or Google user data by contacting us at info@creativesparkpro.com.
We will respond to deletion requests in accordance with applicable law and contractual obligations.
Customers may also delete certain CRM records directly within CSPro, subject to account permissions and product functionality.
If your information is controlled by a CSPro customer, such as your employer or a business that uses CSPro, we may direct your request to that customer.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
These safeguards may include:
- Encryption in transit using HTTPS/TLS
- Encryption at rest where appropriate
- Access controls and authentication
- Role-based permissions
- Logging and monitoring
- Secure credential storage
- Restricted employee and contractor access
- Security reviews and vulnerability management
- Backup and disaster recovery controls
- Vendor review and contractual confidentiality obligations
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect information using commercially reasonable safeguards.
10. Third-Party Services and Integrations
CSPro may allow users to connect third-party services, including Google services and other business tools. When you connect a third-party service, that service may provide information to CSPro, and CSPro may send information to that service as authorized by you or your organization.
Your use of third-party services is governed by the privacy policies and terms of those third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services that you choose to connect.
11. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
- Access personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete personal information
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Request a copy of your information
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Opt out of certain communications
- Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

If your information is controlled by one of our customers, we may forward your request to that customer or instruct you to contact that customer directly.

Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send non-marketing messages, such as account notices, security alerts, billing notices, product updates, and support communications.
13. International Data Transfers
We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your location.
Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
14. Children’s Privacy
CSPro is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it.
15. Customer Responsibilities
Customers and account administrators are responsible for:
- Providing required notices to their own users, employees, contacts, leads, customers, and prospects
- Obtaining required consents and permissions before entering or syncing information into CSPro
- Configuring user permissions appropriately
- Ensuring their use of CSPro complies with applicable laws
- Responding to privacy requests from individuals whose information they control
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above.
If we make material changes to how we collect, use, share, or process Google user data or other personal information, we will provide notice as required by applicable law and, where required, request consent before using information for a materially different purpose.
